Instant SERP Snapshot
Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Instant SERP Snapshot Chrome extension, the connected portal, and the related backend services operated by Granite Labs ("we", "us"). By installing the extension or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Instant SERP Snapshot lets you capture Google Search result pages from your own browser, export the captured data, keep a local history, and, with a paid plan, sync snapshots to your account. Free and Pro feature limits are described on our pricing page and may change over time.
2. Accounts
Some features require an account, accessed through an email magic link. You are responsible for keeping access to your email and account secure and for activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into these Terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service in violation of any applicable law or third-party rights;
- use the service in a way that violates Google's terms or rate limits, or that attempts to circumvent CAPTCHAs or anti-abuse protections at scale;
- resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service without our written permission;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.
4. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices are shown in USD and may change with notice for future billing periods. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your Pro access continues until the end of the current paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
5. Intellectual property
The extension, portal, and backend, including their code, design, and trademarks, are owned by Granite Labs. These Terms do not grant you any ownership of the service. Data you capture using the service belongs to you, subject to the rights of the underlying sources.
6. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that captures will be complete, uninterrupted, or error-free. Google may change its result pages, serve CAPTCHAs, or block automated access at any time, which can affect captures. We do not control or guarantee third-party services.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Granite Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time and remove the extension. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure for us or others.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are published. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
